MURAL PRICING
Mural prices can vary depending on the size and how much detail is included. Prices typically start at $300 for a small mural. I would be happy to discuss your project with you in detail and prepare a project estimate for you.
HOUSE AND PET PORTRAITS
It’s easy! Just send me 2-3 pictures of your home or pet and let me know the size and medium (Watercolor or Pen & Ink) you want. No deposit is needed! I will send the finished painting to you upon completion. Payment in full is due 7-10 days after receipt of the painting. Prices are as quoted below, plus $20 s/h for watercolors or $10 s/h for pen & inks. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Most homes fall into these price categories. However, if the house has a lot of architectural detail (like a Victorian style home) or is more of an estate, the price may be higher. A firm quote can be given once I have a brief description of the home and will definitely be given upon receipt of pictures.

Pricing is for one pet. Please add $50-$75 (depending on painting size and number of pets) for each additional pet in the same painting.
